How many golf balls have you lost in a round of golf? Have you ever run out of balls before you completed a round?

  1. I've never ran out of golf balls during a round but I've come close. I think the most I ever lost during a round was six, leaving me two to finish the round. Losing that many balls wasn't funny at the time and isn't even funny when I look back upon it. It was totally indicative of the kind of golf I'm capable of playing at any given time.

  2. I would guess that at some point in my golf journeys I've lost six golf balls in a round, certainly three or four. I don't think I've ever run out of balls during a round, unless when I was a teen, in which case I would have bummed some off my golf pals.

  3. I never ran out of balls either, mostly because I always find other lost balls on the course. That's saved me some money a few times because there's no need to buy more.

    I know the cartoon is a joke, but I actually think it's a pretty good idea. For the number of balls that I've found on any given course, I've seen a lot of golf balls that I wouldn't normally see. If they had company info on them, it would be free advertising. Pretty interesting. Maybe I should start the trend. Ha.
